Taylor B. Siegel joined Rich Rosenthal Brincefield Manitta Dzubin & Kroeger, LLP as an associate in October 2017. Taylor focuses his practice on complex civil litigation, particularly Commercial Litigation, Real Estate Litigation, and Personal Injury.
Taylor entered the private practice of law immediately after law school, immediately gaining extensive first-chair litigation experience in Virginia and Maryland. In the field of Personal Injury, Taylor has represented plaintiffs injured in a wide range of accidents, including automobile collisions, medical malpractice, dog bites, premises liability, sovereign immunity, and product defect cases. Taylor has also worked on the cutting edge of unresolved areas of Virginia law, such as uninsured motorist—also known as “John Doe”—cases, even certifying an appeal to the Virginia Supreme Court.
Taylor also has wide-ranging experience in Business and Commercial Litigation, representing Plaintiffs and Defendants alike in matters such as business disputes and dissolutions, unlawful employment practices, false advertising, and unfair competition. As a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the District of Columbia, Taylor is also able to offer bring his broad civil litigation experience and unique industry perspective to bear when representing clients in Real Estate Litigation/Transactional matters.
A self-described “political junkie,” Taylor strives to remain active in DC’s local political scene. In his spare time, Taylor enjoys reading, cooking, and spending time with his dog, Boudreaux.
