During this challenging time, the health and wellness of Rich-Rosenthal’s existing and prospective clients is of the utmost importance to us. The firm is committed to following procedures consistent with the thoughtful and zealous safeguarding of every client’s legal interests, while protecting the health and well-being of all clients, visitors, families, staff, lawyers, and the broader community.
We will continue to provide legal services and support during the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) outbreak. Our telephones and doors, even if virtual, remain open to assist you. We are available to “meet” existing and prospective clients as necessary, either by telephone or video conference.
The firm has adopted and implemented practices and procedures to reduce the risk of spreading the virus. As part of that effort, in the event our services require meeting you in person (to sign and notarize documents, for example), we will make every effort to do so while observing proper social distancing. However, we would ask that you avoid scheduling an in-office appointment if you or anyone who would accompany you is experiencing or has experienced symptoms such as fever, cough, or shortness of breath, or has reason to believe was exposed within the past 14 days to individuals who may have the COVID-19 coronavirus. This precaution will enable us to reschedule or rearrange a visit that might otherwise risk spreading the virus.
We are closely monitoring updates and recommendations from the World Health Organization, US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and other agencies and organizations. We are committed to taking all necessary steps to protect our clients and our people while ensuring the continuation of business.
Thank you for your consideration and cooperation, and please stay safe and healthy. As always, our clients’ health and security are our top priorities.
